Instructions:
- Root your S4 Mini and install CWM Recovery - Click here for guide.
- Boot into CWM Recovery by holding Home + Power + Volume up buttons
- Wipe data and cache
- Flash the cm10 zip file
- Flash the Gapps zip file
- Choose to reboot the phone
