The Galaxy Note 3 is one of Samsung's most expensive smartphones on the market at the moment. It comes with a Super AMOLED display packed with 16M colors which is identical to our Galaxy S4 mini's with the exception that the Note 3's display has higher pixel density.
A member called -Aatif- from xda-developers forums has extracted the wallpapers from the Note 3 and has posted them at the Note 2 board.
After personally testing the wallpapers on the Galaxy S4 mini I was amazed at the quality and how beautiful they look on this colorful display. Here are two samples of the lockscreen wallpaper and the homescreen one:

Instructions:
- Download the zip file to your computer or phone
- Using an archive program, extract the zip file and you will get the wallpapers in a folder
- Now you may choose which one you want to set as a lockscreen and which one as a homescreen one
